A charming Victorian 17ct gold turquoise and seed pearl cluster ring dating to around 1845-1865.
The ring is set with a central natural seed pearl surrounded by vivid natural turquoise cabochons in a classic floral cluster. Beautifully engraved scroll shoulders add to its elegant mid-Victorian character. The reverse retains its original glazed compartment, a lovely surviving feature often associated with sentimental jewellery of the period.
The ring is in very good antique condition. The turquoise are all present and secure, the pearl is intact, and the original glazed back remains in place. There is light wear consistent with age, as expected for a piece of this period.
A delicate and highly wearable example of Victorian turquoise jewellery, perfect for collectors or as a unique antique engagement or stacking ring.
